1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by bu999 at the domain bu999.bio (hereinafter referred to as "bu999," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Player," "you," or "User") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bu999 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the bu999 Platform and close your account by contacting bu999 customer support. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the bu999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must possess a valid Pakistani CNIC, NICOP, or internationally recognised passport confirming your identity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bu999 or any of its affiliated software providers or payment processors.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the bu999 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and mobile number registered to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account where applicable. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your bu999 account.

• You must not share your account credentials — username, password, or security PIN — with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• You must notify bu999 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bu999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account registration from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law is not permitted.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bu999 is obligated under its international gaming licence to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. bu999 may also require KYC completion before a Player can access certain deposit methods or promotional offers.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides), NICOP, or current passport (photo page).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address in Pakistan, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank account (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) used for deposit and withdrawal.

bu999 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that fail to provide requested documents within thirty (30) days of the request may be suspended or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

bu999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in PKR unless the Player elects to use a cryptocurrency method, in which case the applicable PKR equivalent at the time of transaction will be applied.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the bu999 cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your bu999 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor.
• bu999 does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account verified as belonging to the Player under the KYC process.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period. Verified accounts benefit from priority processing; standard processing timeframes apply to accounts with pending KYC.

• Bonus funds and wagering-requirement balances are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all bu999 bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the bu999 Platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, slot titles, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bu999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bu999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any associated balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players.
• Laundering funds through the bu999 Platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any bu999 software.
• Using the Platform in any manner that interferes with other Players' experience or the normal operation of the bu999 infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Use any bu999 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorisation.

• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bu999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

bu999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bu999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bu999's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bu999, the Player should first contact bu999 customer support via email at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail. bu999 will endeavour to resolve the dispute informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body specified under bu999's operating licence. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13 Amendments

bu999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their bu999 account and will be prominently notified on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of the bu999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

14 Termination

bu999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 above.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the Player's bu999 account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement mandating account closure.

Upon account closure for breach, bu999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance, bonus winnings, and any balance derived from prohibited conduct. Genuine deposited funds not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following the completion of any necessary investigation.

A Player may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bu999 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method.
